At Aameria, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of refurbished electronics. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, the product must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Unused and free from additional wear or damage.
- In the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or warranty cards.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products sold under clearance or final sale.
- Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.
- Products missing essential parts or accessories originally included.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refund amounts will exclude any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.
4. Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy for eligible products.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and product condition.
- Once approved, replacement items will be shipped within 5 business days.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for products over ₹500 to avoid loss or damage during return transit.
