How to request warranty support

Send your invoice/job ID with device details on WhatsApp or visit our office.

Warranty Support Request

  • Share customer name and mobile number.
  • Share invoice/job card number.
  • Share device model and serial number.
  • Explain the issue clearly.
  • Send photos/videos if needed.

Verification & Diagnosis

Warranty claim is accepted only after checking the device and verifying whether the issue is related to previous repair/service or is a new/unrelated fault.

If additional issue or part replacement is required, final price may change and customer approval will be taken before work proceeds.
