Repair warranty applies only to the same repaired issue and depends on diagnosis, job type and invoice terms.

Warranty is applicable only for the specific service or part mentioned in the invoice/quotation. Physical damage, liquid damage and unrelated faults are not covered.

These conditions are generally not covered under warranty.
Any water, moisture, corrosion or liquid damage after service is not covered.
Broken display, dent, drop damage, pressure marks, connector damage or accidental damage is not covered.
If device is opened or repaired by another technician/service center, warranty may be void.
Wrong adapter, power surge, burn, shorting due to external issue or electrical damage is not covered.
Warranty covers only the same repaired issue. New/unrelated issue is treated separately.
Warranty claim requires valid invoice, job card or purchase proof from Takecare IT Solution.

Warranty claim is accepted only after checking the device and verifying whether the issue is related to previous repair/service or is a new/unrelated fault.
If additional issue or part replacement is required, final price may change and customer approval will be taken before work proceeds.
