Repair, AMC, Rental, Store & Service Terms
These terms apply to Takecare IT Solution website inquiries, repair services, parts replacement, accessories sale, refurbished devices, rental devices, AMC support, pickup/delivery and customer communication.
Service and website usage terms
By using our website or submitting a service request, you agree to the following business terms.
Repair Diagnosis
Repair estimates may change after proper diagnosis. If additional issue or part replacement is found, work proceeds only after customer approval.
Quotation & Pricing
Prices shared through phone, WhatsApp or website are indicative unless confirmed in a written quotation or invoice. GST may be extra if applicable.
Parts & Availability
Parts availability, quality, warranty and price depend on device model, supplier stock and market condition. Some products may have multiple variants.
Refurb Device Sale
Refurbished laptop, desktop, MacBook or mobile sale terms depend on model, condition, warranty and invoice. Customer should check device before purchase.
AMC & Corporate Support
AMC terms, visits, response time, exclusions, hardware costs, printer refilling and consumables are defined in the AMC proposal or agreement.
Rental Devices
Rental price depends on device type, configuration, quantity, duration, deposit, delivery and support scope. Damage or delay charges may apply.
Before submitting any device or order
Customers should read and follow these service responsibilities.
Data Backup
Customers should keep backup of important data before repair/service. Takecare IT Solution is not responsible for data loss unless specifically agreed in writing.
Password / Access
Device password may be required for testing. Customers should not share OTP, banking details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Pickup / Delivery
Pickup and delivery are available where possible and may be chargeable depending on location and service type.
Warranty Terms
Warranty is applicable only as per invoice/job card and only for the same repaired issue or replaced part. Physical damage, liquid damage, burn, tampering and third-party repair may void warranty.

Can final repair price change after diagnosis?
Yes. If additional issue or part replacement is found after diagnosis, final price may change and customer approval is taken before proceeding.
Is data backup required before service?
Yes. Customers should backup important data before submitting any device for repair or service.
Are hardware parts included in AMC?
Usually hardware parts, printer refilling and consumables are extra unless included in the written AMC proposal.
Are pickup and delivery free?
Pickup/delivery may be available and may be chargeable depending on location and service type.
