Refund and return terms for different services
Repair services, parts, accessories, refurb devices, rental and AMC have different terms. Final terms are based on invoice/quotation.
Repair Service
Repair service charges are generally non-refundable after diagnosis/service work has started or completed. If parts are replaced, part-specific warranty/return terms apply.
Parts Replacement
Parts like display, battery, keyboard, charger, SSD, RAM and mobile parts are returnable only if wrong/dead on arrival and verified by us, subject to supplier terms.
Accessories
Accessories may be exchanged only if unused, in original condition, with packaging and invoice, and within the applicable time period.
Refurb Devices
Refurb laptop, desktop, MacBook or mobile return/refund depends on invoice terms, device condition and reported issue verification.

When refund or return is not applicable
These are common cases where refund/return may be rejected.
Liquid Damage
Any water, moisture, corrosion or liquid damage after purchase/service is not returnable.
Physical Damage
Broken, dented, burnt, scratched, cracked or pressure-damaged products are not returnable.
Tampering / Third-Party Repair
If product/device is opened, repaired or modified by another person, return/refund may be void.
Missing Packaging
Accessories or sealed products without original packaging, bill or accessories may not be accepted.
No Invoice
Invoice, bill, job card or purchase proof is required for refund, return or warranty support.
After Policy Period
Requests made after applicable warranty/return period may not be accepted.
